Put carrara in one bath, and Brazilian travertine in another. We lived in a house with light counter tops and dark floors; I could never tell when the counter was clean and the floor always looked filthy. In Brazil all kitchen counters were cheap white marble back in the, 40s, 50s, 60s and 70s. Thanks for the article.
