Located in Venice, Los Angeles, California, USA, Zig-Zag House by Dan Brunn Architecture is a 4,844-square-foot residence especially built for a financial manager and an aspiring artist. Functionally, the couple desired a garage for a boat or trailer, an art studio, and a roof deck.

Using artificial outdoor surfaces is the most eco-friendly way to maintain your grass. It is used for everything from food production to bathing. In areas with dry climates, this amount can double.

Besides basic information such as year constructed, number of units and average rent prices, we factored in community amenities such as outdoor spaces and fitness facilities. Shared community space includes indoor and outdoor lounge areas, a fitness center and a jacuzzi/dry sauna.
