When you add these costs, with the costs of other organizations and certifications we are encouraged to participate in and obtain USGBC/LEED, AIA, etc., Not so much the annual state fee ($125/yr in MA), but national & local associations dues such as AIA and the Boston Society of Architects here in MA are nearly $800/yr.
