Based in Fresno, he’s been an established ceramics artist since his start in the 1960s. Fireplaces and waterfalls that reach for the sky, and clay-tile sunscreens that cover broad stretches of interior or exterior spaces also fall into Stan’s repertoire. But that isn’t to say Stan’s been inactive all that time—far from it.
