For the bathroom floor of a renovated 1890s Chicago townhouse, architect Rebecca Liddy of Kulinski and Rappe Architects , was hoping to find tile that would be appropriate to the period. She turned to Granada Tile, choosing our Tunis Cement Tile to give the small room a playful spin. The tile is smooth and not slippery.

Tile with a rectified edge, also known as rectified tile, is an excellent product for achieving a clean, thin, tight grout joint. Thin grout joints is a great benefit because it is less grout that will become dirty, which is less grout that has to be cleaned! It is a fast-setting, cement-based leveler for large areas.

This tile is great, it adds really nice texture without seeing any grout joints. The slab was a little more money, but worth it to my clients who dont like grout lines. Chicago painter. cement pond. We have white cabinets with black handles, and beautiful blue Mexican tiles on the counter tops (I have decided if I could have a clear overlay so I didn't have to clean the grout it would be AWESOME! cement pond.
