Fortunately, when we had a conversation with Tartine’s Chad Robertson and Elisabeth Prueitt,their ideas of the place they wanted to create presented what felt like a perfect fit for all sides. Liz and Chad are cut from the same cloth, so no one will be surprised when they see how well Tartine completes the Heath factory building.
