Hi all, Last spring I was contacted by Debbie Lewis from University Hospitals of Cleveland. Some time back, Debbie and I had worked on a ceramic tile mural at her daughter's elementary school. Ceramic Tile Mural Celebrates Autistic Children and their Families "Our Children" Achievement Centers for Children Lobby Tile Mural I had the wonderful experience of serving for a school year as an artist in residence at the Achievement Centers for Children in Warrensville Heights Ohio. The Clark-West 25th Street neighborhood of Cleveland has a large Hispanic population and a lively street scene. Through a grant from the Cleveland Foundation they were able to commission me to create a ceramic tile mural for the graffiti covered building entrance. I airbrushed ceramic color onto glazed but unfired ceramic tile.
