The Food I’ve Been Searching For: NidoI went to Sayulita last.

This was delicious food that I have been trying to find in San Francisco with limited success—until I found Nido in Oakland, operated by Chef José Ramos and Silvia and Cory McCollow. Shipping container doors painted an orangey-red adorn the walls. Incredible! A few months ago, Chef Ramos came into the Heath showroom to look at plates.
