The most prestigious award, the 2020 Grand Prize, was presented to Starnet member Cornerstone Commercial Flooring for its work on Park Elementary School in East Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Since the CHouse Modern has an exposed (polished and waxed) concrete floor, how we decided to structurally build the foundation led us to selecting a post tensioned slab. just something i relate to very closely.

The units offer Brazilian cherry flooring and kitchens that include Smeg and Miele appliances. The updated building includes a gym, landscaped patio and roof deck.
