Columbus, Ohio—Starnet Commercial Flooring has announced the winners of the 22nd annual Starnet Design Awards. The most prestigious award, the 2020 Grand Prize, was presented to Starnet member Cornerstone Commercial Flooring for its work on Park Elementary School in East Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Developers refurbished an old cylindrical hotel in order to offer Denver’s first micro-apartments in Colorado.

We delved into the interior design, looking for features such as hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, balconies and other modern features. The units offer Brazilian cherry flooring and kitchens that include Smeg and Miele appliances. The updated building includes a gym, landscaped patio and roof deck.

The second floor has all the extra bedrooms and bathrooms – each bedroom space has a light monitor in the ceiling. Since the CHouse Modern has an exposed (polished and waxed) concrete floor, how we decided to structurally build the foundation led us to selecting a post tensioned slab. just something i relate to very closely.
