11:30am It was straight from the airport into an on-site meeting with the clients, contractor, and HVAC consultants. The as-built site measurements would have to wait, this meeting was to try to figure out where the HVAC was, what it was, and where it was going. 1:45pm Bob and I were left to measure the house.

This is the project that I will be featuring as we go through the design, construction document, and construction process. On the right hand side of the image above is the master bedroom wing and deck. This space is functionally separated from the main house by an outdoor cooking area that is under a shared and connected roof.
