Old-world trends have made a much-welcomed resurgence into the design world recently, and there’s one fan-favorite that is bringing its own contemporary twist: Terrazzo. Terrazzo, by historical definition, is a flooring material consisting of chips of marble or granite set in concrete and polished down to give a smooth surface.

During the show next week Ill be working five straight 18 hour days so I doubt Ill be filing any dispatches from the show floor, but during the week following either Todd ( my energetic collaborator) or I will post a wrap up of the new stuff that made its debut during the show. It comes in four colors and can be used outdoors.

Heres the question and the photo: Clicking on the "more info" link would have told this person that whats in that photo is a cork floor from US Floors in Atlanta. Those floors arent sold retail and are only available from a showroom at around $8 a square foot. Hire an independent designer. kitchen design.

We delved into the interior design, looking for features such as hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, balconies and other modern features. There’s an infinity pool with beach entry, and a community terrace on the fourth floor overlooks both the river and downtown.
