However, more needs to done to emphasize safety and best practices in the quarrying and installation of natural stone.

We are in a paradigm shift with new finishes in tile, porcelain panels, glass, metals and natural stone, so specifications need to be very specific regarding installation methods and materials. The structural engineer had designed the frame to hold only 13 lbs. of tile assembly per square foot.
