Many of the modern, hip hotels like The Standard have beautiful rooftop bars with great sunset views. Today the area is one of the best places to live in Los Angeles and increasing in value quickly.

Many in Vermont & other areas up north have had issues with cupping shingles, etc… so they choose to ventilate – I think many of the problems relate not to the SIPS or shingles per se, but more along the lines of the actual specs / installation of the SIPS chosen & moisture transfer. True Story: he does not have an accent and is in fact just a normal guy named Johnathan who lives in Vermont. I have a tattoo of my city on the upper half of my right arm, it’s really, really cool. I studied for three months straight though and I was not a fun guy. 2002 Toyota Tacoma double cab – silver (I AM in Vermont after all) TX Architect in LA In a past life, I remember one owning a Volvo. The first was to get a job, since it was a nasty recession at the time and many of classmates were not getting jobs. ask my wife.
