A year later this was reinforced by opening a sister company, Wow USA, in Virginia to manage sales and distribution of bespoke products and the Wow brand. Petal by Wow.

Lew was our first National Sales Manager with ARDEX Engineered Cements. In 2001 Jeff was hired as a full-time employee in the shipping department where he took on more responsibilities. Jeff quickly learned multiple job functions as he worked on the different floors of the plant.
