Lew was our first National Sales Manager with ARDEX Engineered Cements. In 2001 Jeff was hired as a full-time employee in the shipping department where he took on more responsibilities. Early in his career and as ARDEX was developing its foundation in the U.S., Soon after, Jeff transferred to the production side of the plant.
