Let’s look at four kitchen design trends that are going to be big in 2015. In 2015, stone and glass mosaics will be trendy, offering alternatives to the usual and expected mosaic designs. The combination of these colors, such as gray and beige, is going to be a color scheme frequently used in 2015 kitchen designs.

I’ve written before about the Urban Cultivator in my 2015 Design & Construction Week coverage. It stands 39-3/4 inches high, so that the herbs are easy to reach across your standard 36” tall counters. I say deservedly because the closer your produce is sourced to where you’re consuming it, the fresher it is likely to be.

Today, the shower bar is standard all over the workd in 1953 it was a bathroom sensation. To date, it is the first and only basic set for all standard and thermostat solutions. Beautifully designed luxury for the kitchen and bath. It was truly a trend that made showering affordable for lots of private households. Wow, right?

Many of the modern, hip hotels like The Standard have beautiful rooftop bars with great sunset views. The new apartments include quartz countertops, Viking kitchen appliances and Kohler kitchen and bath fixtures. Bottega Louie was the pioneer and is still a favorite. Bestia serves updated modern Italian cuisine.
