Chad Treuthart, the VP of residential sales and showrooms at Virginia Tile, expressed his pride in the team that has been diligently working on establishing the company’s presence in the area for the past five years. Virginia Tile said it plans to have a phased opening as it brings in stock and complete different departmental areas.

Our building is in a city planning zone set aside for Production, Distribution, and Repair (PDR). We brought in other like-minded companies who now have workshops in the building, from jewelry makers to textile designers to letterpress printers.” Another major player – and used by both Heath and Tartine – was LA’s Commune Design.
