Our building is in a city planning zone set aside for Production, Distribution, and Repair (PDR). Fortunately, when we had a conversation with Tartine’s Chad Robertson and Elisabeth Prueitt,their ideas of the place they wanted to create presented what felt like a perfect fit for all sides.
