Based in Fresno, he’s been an established ceramics artist since his start in the 1960s. His work takes the form of large-scale installations and ceramic murals, statues and totems, fountains, lanterns, and his iconic bird houses. If you learn to watch for his signature style, you’ll start to notice Stan’s work all over.
