Here’s another fun fact about art that might blow your mind: The most expensive painting ever sold was the “Salvator Mundi” by Da Vinci, at a staggering $450 million, or the cost of around 10 Gulfstream G-450’s, dubbed “Hollywood’s Private Jet”. Paintings are just one aspect of the art realm, and art is a very subjective term to many.

However, I did refinish the tub and paint the outside the same color as the vanity. In addition, because the bathroom doesn’t have windows for added natural light, I selected light neutral colors to brighten it up. You’ll notice the paint is gorgeous, and yes, my clothes are all stained now.

Although black is the most stylish color of every year, it’s conventional wisdom to use neutral colors like builder beige, gray and taupe when putting your home on the market. However, some people (myself included) actually like these colors apart from resale factors. These light colors don’t compete with the view.
