Another project that we are working on is the renovation and refurbishment of a 1980’s era speculation built office building in Dallas. It is a two-story building elevated above a ground-level parking deck, with a stucco exterior finish and ribbon windows around the entire building.

I always design my playhouses on a wood deck so that it makes it easier to move. Another benefit of adding a deck is that it allows the homeowner to trim the grass that grows up around the playhouse without causing any damage. Can’t wait to see the finished product. lancotf Looks great.

Two of them are commercial projects, which should be fun because I typically don’t talk about the commercial work we do here all that often, and the third one is a massive addition/renovation project to one of the premier estate properties here in Dallas. The existing house that we are working on is built like a commercial building.
