Penthouse Diamante is located in Mexico City, Mexico and displays a contemporary style with simple lines and seemingly floating furniture units. A wooden deck was installed on the terrace, combining with the outdoor furniture to create a comfortable space with 360 degree views over the city.

Paul Cremoux Studio completed Casa Nirau , an upgrade of a two-story family home in Mexico City. The sustainable house offers a flexible lifestyle, merging indoor and outdoor activities. “The main living/dining area can be completely open onto the deck, making the relatively small indoor space larger.”

The coolest part about it is that it allows for an indoor-outdoor living style with a wonderful deck. The cool thing about it is that you can add a roof deck or a porch area. The ground level is almost fully glazed offering the indoor/outdoor atmosphere. We’re kicking off with the first tiny home on our list!

Here, the open floor plan extends to the garden and covered deck in the backyard. Spreading over three levels, this modern family home known as the V House sums up 354 square meters organized around a central staircase. This important design element was imagined as pivoting the whole floor plan.

We looked at the basics, such as year constructed, number of units and average rent prices, and we also considered community amenities like outdoor spaces and fitness facilities. Locals also love The Cove for outdoor, family-friendly dining, and Sam’s Burger Joint for live music.
