Inspired by the glamour of early Hollywood, coupled with exotic influences from the Orient, Africa and Egypt, art deco made its way into every room of the house – including the bathroom. Use a white or cream tile with dark grout for a subway look, or go for matching grout if you are looking for something more subtle.

Durable – historic tiles from Egypt and China have shown us that ceramic is long lasting. It is important when choosing a ceramic tile that it is fit for purpose, for example some ceramic tiles are not suitable for use on floors. Extremely hardwearing – perfect for use on high traffic floors. Great for everyday use.

Grout is used to allow for this expansion and contraction. The strength and density of porcelain results in a higher PSI level, making it suitable for floor applications and commercial spaces.
