Will flooring wind up in the black this year? Every survey will show you that 80% to 90% of homeowners, given the choice and affordability, would want a hard surface floor—which the first level up is SPC. My brother enjoys the countertop side more; I enjoy the flooring side much more. This will be difficult.

Not all are large and flooded with natural light and original hardwood floors, but some of the same guiding principles apply regardless of what your space looks like.
