The 2014 tour took place in Georgia, USA - a state rich in both historic and modern day stone activity. The EGA, with leadership from Matthew Pruitt, arranged for tours of two quarries; two production facilities, a visit to a tooling supplier, a granite museum, and much more. Yes, this was a great classroom setting in the field.
