I recently attended the WestEdge Design Fair in Santa Monica, where I came across The Galley, a very clever company based in Oklahoma. They make smart sinks, workstations and sink accessories for indoor and outdoor kitchens. He started out making a workstation for his own kitchen, then started creating them for his clients.
