Calming tones helped us get through the darkest days of the pandemic and continue to offer solace in these uncertain times. Dalton—Shaw Industries has been named to America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity 2023 by Newsweek. With research conducted by Plant-A Insights, the study reviewed more than 350,000 employers to find the top 1,000 companies who employees report are fostering a diverse workplace. “Shaw works to create an environment where our associates feel valued, respected and empowered to bring their whole selves to work,” said Torrance Ford, vice president of talent management, Shaw Industries.
