Installing a slate tile floor. For the present project that we are working on Vermont slate tile was chosen for the mudroom entry way as well as the half bathroom that is attached to it. Now this slate comes in an assortment of sizes so laying out the floor isnt as easy as you would get in a standard tile floor.

Both of these cleaners will reduce over time the integrity of the grout in your tile and if you have natural stone like Marble or Travertine it will etch the nice shiny surface you once had. To help restore that use a "Wet Look" tile sealer.

Stains can be oil based, organic, metallic, biological, ink based, paint based, acid based. If you don’t know what caused the stain, consider likely staining agents that may have been present.
