The Adamson House: A Treasure of Spanish Influenced Ceramic Tile

Hi all, This summer I taught a hands-on course on theme of Spanish tile and mosaic for the School of Art at Chautauqua. While preparing for the Andalusian section of the course I was reminded that one of the best places to view this type of ceramic tile is the Adamson House on the Pacific Coast in Malibu California. But in 1930 and once the beach house of the prosperous Adamson family, it is now a historic landmark open to the public.
