5) This client had updated his fireplace about a year before I got there with some Carrera marble tiles, but the fireplace with those warm walls felt so "cold". I've recently had installed a magnificent Black Marble Fireplace and am in the process of looking at surrounds and mantels and thinking about the finishings and decor!

So the bathroom was all cultured marble and I had a pretty tight budget on this bathroom but we needed to add more than some paint to really make a difference.So the first issue I had to tackle was this SILLY cultured marble area of the floor I guess that was to protect the floors originally.Not sure? The countertops are marble and I found the cutest crystal cabinet knobs for her, she LOVES them. We claimed the corner of her countertop and did a built in with of course a mirror to blend in with the rest of the bathroom. Its not a lot of storage, but as women know a little is better than nothing. This client LOVES her bathroom! furniture.

Oh and yes I took out the tired marble surround and replaced it with the travertine tile I used in the floor of his kitchen to tie it all in. Reuse and Repurpose: This wood came from India and was originally used as a mold for cast marble window screens.Arent the geometrical shapes great? Just kidding.This is however rows and rows of matchsticks, I love the dimension and depth of this mirror. This is a molded black tin with oversized proportions, very dramatic right? Front Doors.
