To remember trips to New Mexico and Arizona I created this tile covered coffee table for a client as a birthday gift to his wife. The theme is the beautiful rug designs that the Navajo Indian women, and sometimes men, weave in their desert environment.

'Welcome to a cheerful small apartment envisioned by Geometrium and located in Lensovetovskij, a village near Saint Petersburg, Russia. The crib was especially developed for a young couple who requested that aesthetics and usability be the main features of their new home. Painted white walls visually enlarge the space, while bright and colorful lighting elements contribute to a vivid ambiance.

'Bucharest-based studio Yellow Office completed the design and development of a high quality restaurant and events venue near Preajba lake in Craiova, Romania. The place is filled with a vibrant personality and offers beautiful surrounding views. According to the architects, the design is based on a contemporary eclectic-industrial style. On this two storeys building the main theme was to create a major “object and material contrast”.

'Delhi based duo Re-culture recently presented Dear O’ Deer , an intriguing ceramic planter that works on the juxtaposition of the dead and the living. The plant grows outwards from a ceramic deer skull to resemble the antlers of the deer. A lid and drain holes are strategically placed allowing the planter to be used as wall mount and as table top.

'Oscar De la Renta was a man of style, class and vision. The celebrities he designed for said that without a doubt, he loved women and loved designing for women. He captured what we all want to wear – a lucky few actually get to wear it – using fabulous colors, bold details and styles that seemed to illuminate the wearer. A red carpet was not really a red carpet without the look of Oscar de la Renta on some of the A-listers.
