Houzz Kitchen Trends Study provides insight regarding the most popular kitchen trends in home improvement. The report is unique because it captures the opinions of homeowners, whereas most surveys focus on trends from the perspectives of interior designers, architects, etc. Kitchen styles are rapidly changing.

Today we're looking at nine kitchen design trends for the year. My sources were surveys and reports from Houzz, Ferguson, NKBA and Zillow and the article was published on my Forbes.com page. Many of the trends showing up in our kitchens are being driven by the pandemic. That's unsurprising.
